'DECASIA' by Bill Morrison is a film created by found film footage, it has eroded and began to decay over time on top of this is the eerie soundtrack which in itself lends it self to the notion of destruction, the sound becomes almost unbearable as the flow of images continue to appear front of our eyes. There is also the appearance that Morrison has managed to save these images from further destruction through technological advancements and the invention of DVD, although not the original image a copy of the image has been saved/stored, this girl will 'live forever on film'.
